Introducing Curious Georgie

Same blog, fresh look

I just gave my blog a makeover, and I’m calling it Curious Georgie now!

I launched this blog three years ago (!!!), and as I’ve changed and evolved in those three years, so have my writing and my goals with this project. So I wanted to give it a little refresh.

Other than the new look, everything is staying exactly the same (free, monthly-ish posts which I publish here and send to my email list). It’s the same old me, just with a fresh look.

So what’s new?

The title Curious Georgie encapsulates what I’m doing here: being curious about the world, my life, your life, our community, our society, and what in the world is happening all the time. My friend Kelsey Davenport designed the gorgeous new logo. Thank you, Kelsey!! Check out her work and amazing art here.

I added a Testimonials page to (anonymously) share some of the beautiful comments readers have shared with me.

My About page got a makeover, too. The old one was factually accurate, but it was kind of blah. I hope this new one will serve as a more true-to-me-right-now intro for anyone stopping by.

I added an Email List page to make it easier for people to get into the cool kids’ club.

Finally, I added a tagline: live big with me. Living big is the ethos I try to cultivate in my life and writing. I know you do too, or you wouldn’t be here, so the with me part is about how I’ve been trying to build a community of readers. And somewhat to my surprise, it’s working! I couldn’t do it without you. I’m fully convinced I have the kindest readers on the entire internet.

Thanks for reading, and welcome to Curious Georgie!
